What will our meals look like in 2029? Will we be ingesting protein pills or cooking produce grown on our backyards?
These are some of the questions that will be discussed on the 2nd of May 2019 at the Dinner of Future organized by the Empowerment Foundation, in collaboration with ParisZurich.
Around a surprise and futuristic menu, different experts will share their visions for the future of food among which one of our Managing Partners, Aymeric Jung. Alongside him will be representatives from various sectors such as EPFL, FoodTech Dijon, Emotion Food and the Domaine de la Ville de Morges.
